I would like to offer my sincere condolences to our honorable people, the religious authorities, distinguished scholars, visiting Pilgrims to Iraq and all Muslims who commemorate the martyrdom of Imam Musa bin Jaafar (peace be upon him).


I congratulate the efforts of our heroic security services, the employees of ministries, state institutions, the service of visitors and distinguished volunteers.


I call for taking all the necessary security measures to protect the visitors, ensuring their safety, to return to their homes smoothly and safely after the conclusion of the visit ceremony in Allah willing.

We call on the distinguished visitors to cooperate with their brothers in the security, service and health services in order to implement their security plan, following it for their safety and security, in order to achieve the smoothness movement from outside and inside the city and on the roads and bridges leading to it.

To draw from this eternal memory and the biography of Imam Kadhim peace be upon him the meanings of patience, sacrifice, redemption, adherence to noble Islamic values on the path to achieving the desired reform, the unity of the word and the spread of love and peace.
