His Excellency Prime Minister Adil Abd Al-Mahdi received Iranian Foreign minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, they have banquet this evening.

During the meeting, they discussed relations between Iraq and the Islamic Republic of Iran and follow-up the files agreed upon by the two sides during the visit of President Rouhani to Iraq and the Prime Minister to Iran.


The regional and international situations were also discussed, and how the two countries and the region to evade the sanctions consequences and the dangers of war, underscoring the importance of security, stability in the region and how to maintain the nuclear agreement and all the interests of the two countries peoples and peoples of the region.
