His Excellency Prime Minister Adil Abd AL-Mahdi arrived in Cairo in his First foreign tour since taking office.

The visit includes a bilateral summit with the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt Abdel Fattah Sisi, then a trilateral summit includes His Majesty King Abdullah II of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to hold talks to develop relations, cooperation in all fields that serve the interests of fraternal People, countries, support security, stability and economic prosperity for all peoples of the region.

His Excellency Prime Minister will meet Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly who was heading of the official recipients, His Excellency is due to conduct several political, economic, social and cultural meetings in his two days visit.

The Visit came within the government's approach framework to building balanced constructive partnerships, collaboration, Mutual interest, Strengthening Iraq's position and its pivotal role in the Arabic and regional arena, achieving Iraqi People inspiration in stable security, increasing of opportunities for the rebuilding, reconstruction, investment, and economic development.
