His Excellency Prime Minister Adil Abd Al-Mahdi is following with pain and sadness the incident of the tourist island's ferry in the city of Mosul, which has killed dozens of innocent people, women, men and children.

His Excellency called upon all state's efforts to follow up rescue operations, search for the dead and the missing, and provide treatment and alert medical, medical and relief
His Excellency extends his deepest condolences to the families of the victims and to our people. He ordered an immediate investigation and writing a report to His Excellency within twenty-four hours to reveal the truth and expose the accusers to justice
