His Excellency Prime Minister Adil Abd Al- Mahdi received a phone call from Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques His Majesty the King Salman bin Abdulaziz, they discussed the expansion of the relations of cooperation between the two fraternal countries in all fields to achieve the common interests of the Iraqi and Saudi peoples, enhancing imposing of the security and stability in the region.

His Majesty affirmed the support of Saudi Arabia for Iraq and its keenness on its security, stability, and prosperity, renewing support for the steps taken by the Iraqi government and its directions in the Reconstruction of Iraq.

His Excellency Prime Minister expressed his deep thanks and gratitude for the support shown by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Iraq and its pride in the level reached by the relations between the two countries and the two brotherly peoples, looking forward to further economic, commercial and oil cooperation, building partnership relations that serve the two peoples, the region and enhance their security and stability.
