On behalf of My Self, Iraqi government and Our Great struggling People, I commended the historical stand of Grand Ayatollah Sayyad Al-Sistani, in declaring the of Jihad's Fatwa, that launched at the right moment between collapse and victory, That fatwa history will glorify it in gold letters, It was the beginning of a decisive response and turning point in countering the Daesh terrorists organization's massive offensive, occupying of three provinces, large areas of Iraq territories, the displacement of millions, approaching close to Baghdad and threaten the holy cities.


The millions of our people who responded to the fatwa of Islamic Jihad formed an impenetrable dam to protect Iraq, which threatened with existential at that time, stood alongside their heroic forces of all types and formations in the largest epic of steadfastness, sacrifice and achieve triumph, all Iraqis united under it banner, They draw a historical national stand, legitimate and humanistic, saved their country, region and world from the threat of Daesh terror, Greetings to the souls of the martyrs of Iraq ,the wounded, every fighter and volunteer in defense of Iraq, to the families of martyrs and wounded, long live Iraq and its People with Victory, stability, prosperity.
