His Excellency Prime Minister Adil Abd Al-Mahdi received, in his official office this day, Head of the United Nations Investigative Team to promote accountability for crimes committed by Daesh Kreem Khan.

His Excellency Prime Minister confirmed his support for the Investigative Team to promote accountability for crimes committed by Daesh, facilitating the team mission, underscoring of national institutions to collaborate with The Team.
His Excellency expressed his satisfaction with the near the jobs announcements to be occupied by Iraqi experts within the investigation team, and on the UN website, and the selection, which will also be in consultation with the Iraqi government.

The Special Adviser gave an explanation on the conduct of the investigation team and the appropriate conditions it requires, and also presented the nomination of Dr. Salama al-Khafaji in consultation with the Iraqi government to be the Iraqi deputy head of the investigation team,

His Excellency Prime Minister congratulated Dr. Khafaji, wishing her and the members of the international team success in the task of investigating the Daesh's crimes
