His Excellency Prime Minister Adil Abd Al-Mahdi confirmed during his today visit to the Iraqi Museum that Iraq was and will remain a civilized and historical center; we should benefit from that big heritage for building present Iraq and its future.
His Excellency added: the Iraqi Museum is a knowledge school and great humanitarian that documenting different activities, science and humanitarian arts, The antiquities from different eras, dating back to pre-Christmas, modern, contemporary and Islamic, which are unparalleled in all the world's museums.
His Excellency announced that five hundred thousand artifacts from the U.S. close to restoring, pointing to the restoration of large numbers of original Iraqi antiquities from Jordan earlier, Calling for drawing public attention to the Iraqi Museum and encouraging visiting it and to know its content of humanitarian and civilized.
His Excellency reviewed the contents of the museum, which dates back to the various stages of civilization from the history of Mesopotamia, During His Excellency tour; He was accompanied by the Minister of Culture Abdulamir Al-Hamdani, and a number of general managers and experts.
