His Excellency Prime Minister Dr. Haider Al-Abadi has congratulated Dhi Qar's residents, professors and students for laying the foundation stone for the Mazaya's University new enlarged site.
His Excellency has commended Dhi Qar 's residents for constructing that scientific building. His Excellency has added that comes after a very hard phase full of giving, redemption, sacrifice, the liberation of land and man. That nation, which honors its martyrs and scientists, is a living and loyal nation, opening of this university and others is a tribute to science and scientists.

His Excellency has pointed out that in fact Iraq was divided after the control of Daesh of three provinces while the return to the unity of Iraq was impossible in the eyes of many, but Iraq today more unified than ever before and his people, forces did achieve a triumph.

Dr. Haider Al-Abadi has said that victory needs to be saved in order not to waste those achievements and sacrifices. The next stage is the stage of cooperation, establishing an integrated system of work between the government, the public and private sectors to meet our people needs and creating jobs for graduating students.
