His Excellency Prime Minister Dr.Haider al-Abadi has chaired a meeting to discuss the primary draft for 2019 general budget law, a number of officials and finance ministry advance staffs were attended the meeting.

At the beginning of the meeting, his Excellency has assured on the fundamental principle which they have fox on at a number of budget articles. Referring to the importance of the budget, which that should meet the needs of the provinces projects in accordance with the meetings they conducted with provinces' representatives for providing services and creating jobs.

His Excellency also has confirmed on supporting investment projects, ensuring the allocated found from petrodollars and provinces development.
During the meeting, they have focused on covering especially, Basra province's services projects.
His Excellency has assured on the importance to reducing the budget deficit, focusing on supporting the most needed Iraqi people.
