His Excellency Prime Minister Dr.Haider Al-Abadi has received the Kingdom of the Netherlands's foreign trade and development minister Ms. Sigrid Kaag and her accompanying delegation.
During the meeting, they have discussed enhancing cooperation between the two countries in various fields, developing economic and trade relations, supporting economic reform programs in Iraq. The Kingdom of the Netherlands has commanded the steps taken in this field.
Ms. Sigrid Kaag has stressed the support of her country to Iraq in the areas of construction, rebuilding and the donation of 30 million euros to support the creation of jobs for small enterprises.
Ms. Sigrid Kaag has also offered the Netherlands assistance to Iraq with expertise in water management.
