The commander in chief of the
armed forces Dr.Haider Al-Abadi
has expressed condolences for
the death of the Commander of
the First Special Operations
Major General Fadhil Barwari,
who was present in the war
against Daesh's terror with
courage; we extend our
condolences for the
counter-terrorism service's
soldiers and to his family, to
