With the coming of Eid al-Fitr, we extend to all our dear Iraqi people the best congratulations, blessings, and wishes. We are asking May Allah to accept you're fasting and deeds in this holy month and to grant our people safety, security, a stable and prosperous future.
Our noble people:
Once again, we face as Iraqis the challenge of preserving this country people safety and security. We are confident in passing this stage as long as we stick to our unity and to give priority to the supreme interests over private or factional interests,
Despite the irregularities and violations in the general elections, the adoption of legal methods, the adoption of the law and the constitution is the only way to resolve these problems and to move towards for the formation of a new parliament and the government that emerges from it.

Our people by their noble will have overcome the most difficult circumstances and we have all made it through our unity, the sacrifices of our people and the bravery of our sons, the fighters,
We have overcome the challenges of the occupation of our cities, Daesh's control, the financial, economic crisis and the danger of the division of Iraq,
Therefore, we are reassured that this crisis will end like these previous serious challenges, Iraq and our people will become strong, unified, stable and victorious again with the help of Allah.
The real victory is our success in preserving our country and our people, the achievements made by the precious sacrifices which we have to strengthen it by building, reconstruction and a better future for all Iraqis. The defeat is a result of accepting differences and personal and private gains.
Our duty demands us to adopt a unified, responsible and firm position to protect the democratic and political process, ensuring their proper functioning and preserve the integrity, and not to accept the forgery and not allow manipulation of citizens' voices and their free options, preventing of being outlaw to achieve illegal targets, We must agree on this unquestionably.
From this national point of view, I call for responsible meetings to agree on the future program for the state administration with all its institutions, authorities and in accordance with the Constitution and the law. That program is intended to meet the aspirations of our citizens to live decent and to protect the state, society and to lay strong and lasting foundations for peaceful coexistence and civil peace. We aim to combat and eliminate corruption and to eliminate sectarian vision.
On this occasion, I call on the political blocs to hold a high-level meeting immediately after the Eid holiday in a place to be determined later after consultation to put our hands in hands in order to protect the homeland and citizens.
To ensure the integrity of the political process and democratic gains we have to agree on specific mechanisms to accelerate the formation of constitutional institutions as best as possible, relying on our national decision, the interests of our country and our people.
We are greetings the souls of the martyrs of Iraq, the wounded and their sacrificing families whom we remind them on every occasion because they are the makers of victory.
We salute our security forces, the heroic who still continues the night by day to protect the borders of the country and the security of citizens.
