His Excellency Prime Minister
Dr. Haider al-Abadi has said
that we came to serve Basra's
citizens, putting our hands in
the hands to complete projects
and provide services to its
sons.
His Excellency has said that
during his meeting with a large
group of tribes and chieftains
of Basra governorate, we salute
every Basrai's citizens
demanding for his rights of a
decent life, services, and
welfare, which that included in
the Constitution, the central
and local governments.
His Excellency Prime Minister
Dr. Haider al-Abadi has said:
"We are moving from the state of
war to peace after threatening
to our existence by Daesh four
years ago, we did end six months
the liberation of our
territories. We are now facing
security, intelligence. We are
fighting right now Daesh's
ideology and we will eliminate
it in Iraq and abroad".
He has added: "We can't build
the country, build the economy
and create jobs without
security, indicating that we
have prepared a complete plan
for reconstruction and
construction, as we prepared an
integrated plan to achieve
victory over Daesh which we did.
His Excellency has referred to
that "We have eliminated
sectarianism, ethnicity and our
forces have proved to be Iraqi
and for everyone.
Dr. Haider Al-Abadi has said
that we will spend the necessary
funds for Basra, which that
needed for services and
reconstruction; Basra deserves
all the good and deserves to
have jobs for every citizen to
meet his own ambition.
His Excellency has added that
"We need cooperation to complete
all projects".
Dr. Abadi has said that
providing drinking water
continuously requires seawater
desalination. We have started
with the contracting mechanism
with the consulting company,
which is an integrated project,
stressing that we are going on
the right way and we did.
His Excellency has added: "I
have no doubt that the Basrai's
citizen is protesting for Basra,
and I have no doubt that whoever
the looter, he is not belonging
to Basra.
His Excellency has said: "We are
not two conflict sides; we must
put our hand in the hands for
the achievement.
