H. E. Prime Minister, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Dr. Haider Al-Abadi orders for lifting the ban on wheel movement in all governorates

His Excellency Prime Minister, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Dr. Haider Al-Abadi, has given an order for lifting the ban on wheel movement in all governorates and authorizing operations Command’s to impose a partial ban on the sectors in which there is a security threat according to the assessment of the security and intelligence services.
