The Cabinet Presidency has affirmed the Iraqi government's rejection of the US decision to recognize Al-Quds Al-Sharif as the capital of the Israeli occupation and the transfer of the US Embassy to Jerusalem. We warn of the serious ramifications of this decision on the stability in the region and the world that which represents injustice to the rights of Palestinians, the Arab, Islamic world, and other religions. Jerusalem is the title of coexistence between all religions and nations, and no country has the right to legitimize the occupation, go beyond the UN resolutions and affect the legitimate rights of Palestine.
The US administration should be back from this unjust decision to stop any dangerous escalation that leads to extremism and create an atmosphere conducive to terrorism and destabilizing peace and stability in the world.
