His Excellency Prime Minister Dr. Haider Al- Abadi has confirmed that the world was thinking of Iraq will never return after 2014, but we have liberated our territory and won, that would not come by chance but it did through The truthfulness of the precious bestowal and sacrifices, this nation would not rise without precious sacrifices and Science and knowledge.
This came during His Excellency attending, Today morning in Baghdad, the ceremony of patron free scholarships for top students provided by universities and private colleges, which was established by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
His Excellency said that we must not return to the era of vanquishing, differences, corruption, neglect, mismanagement, discrimination which facilitated Daesh's entrance and conquering our cities.

Dr.Haider Al-Abadi has commended the triumph achieved by our nation sacrifices, praising the top students for granted the free scholarships, describing the top students as a victory generation.
His Excellency Prime Minister has considered the misleaders, liars and using interests of citizens for political purposes as a major betrayal, stressing by saying that we have taken into the consideration the poor and low-income groups, especially on the subject of electricity fees collection.

His Excellency has called on the universities to take care of the Arabic language, which is preserved by the Holy Quran, to cherish of this language and not harm it in wrong writing, honoring the language of adversity besides learning other languages to increase knowledge and benefit from human experiences.
Dr. Haider Al-Abadi has distributed the free 500 Medical scholarships to the top students of the PMU's martyrs' sons, the IDP's, and the orphans from the poor and needy families.
