His Excellency Prime Minister Dr.Haider Al-Abadi has chaired the Supreme Commission for Agriculture Initiative.
The Commission discussed the ministries of agriculture and water resources projects, allocating required fund, as well as preserving and continuing projects of the agricultural loan, water position, irrigation plan and financial needs.
The Committee decided that the Ministry of Finance will implement the provisions of the law of the Agricultural Soft Loan Fund No. 28 of which revised, for 2009.
The amounts allocated to the specialized lending funds for the agricultural initiative and the funds recovered from it,
As well as the number of loans disbursed by the Ministry of Agriculture and the canceled Ministry of marshes to the capital of the concessional agricultural lending fund.
The Committee also decided to allocate the necessary amounts to the Agricultural Mechanization Fund of the amounts refunded to pay the amounts of the combine harvesters and tractors, which was imported for the Ministries of Agriculture and Industry and covered by agricultural initiative loans, which were imported until 31-12-2015.
The rate of recovery of agricultural initiative loans was also discussed and a number of directives and decisions were discussed and issued.
