.His Excellency Prime Minister Dr. Haider al-Abadi has headed to Saudi Arabia on Saturday for a tour for several countries in the region.

Prime Minister will attend the first coordination meeting between Iraq and Saudi Arabia, in addition to holding a number of meetings with leaders of countries.

The aim of the tour is to strengthen bilateral cooperation between Iraq and the countries of the region in the interest of Iraq and its people, especially after the great victories achieved by the Iraqi forces against Daesh’s terrorists gangs, while we are approaching to completion of the battle, which requires concerted efforts to start a new phase of coordination for the reconstruction of Iraq and economic and trade cooperation

The Prime Minister will be accompanied by a number of ministers, officials and specialists in various fields
