Prime Minister Dr. Haider Al-Abadi received a telephone call  from his Canadian counterpart Prime Minister Mr. Justin Trudeau

Prime Minister Dr. Haider Al-Abadi received a telephone call on Saturday from his Canadian counterpart Prime Minister Mr. Justin Trudeau.

During the call they discussed strengthening relations between the two countries in various fields and the war on Daaeh and victories achieved against them and support for Iraq in this war, in addition to the situation in the region.

The Canadian Prime Minister renewed his country's full support for Iraq in its war against terrorism and to increase this support through the allocation of additional funds and training of Iraqi security forces and intelligence support in addition to contributing to the humanitarian aid for the displaced.

Dr. Haider Al-Abadi thanked the Canadian government's position and its military contribution within the international coalition efforts, noting that Daesh is in decline and retreat and our heroic forces will continue to triumph over these terrorists until the liberation of all the homeland.
