I salute the fighting heroes in various branches of the armed forces of the army, police and security services and the counter-terrorism force, and the patriots in the popular mobilisation, and the sons of the tribes who have achieved, through their unity, impressive victories and inflicted a humiliating defeat for Daesh terrorist gangs in the Anbar operations and Baiji and other fronts.

Your progress toward the city of Ramadi and liberation of of many of the surrounding areas is a blow to Daesh on the road to the final defeat and achieving the great victory of the return of all the usurped cities and territories to the bosom of the country and displaced people to their homes from which they were evicted.

We reaffirm to our people in the provinces of Anbar and Nineveh, that our heroic forces continue with determination and insistence on clearing every city and village from the abomination of this criminal terrorist gang and will not allow them to keep a foothold on our pure land.

A tribute to the souls of the martyrs and the wounded veterans and their families, and congratulations to all the people of our dear nation, with tidings of a new victory, and praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds.
