H.E. PM Dr. Haider Al-Abadi declares his full commitment to the valuable remarks of the Supreme Marje'ya which expressed the concerns of the Iraqi people and their aspirations. The PM also pledges to announce a comprehensive reform plan which is to be implemented. H.E. calls on all political blocks to cooperate in implementing the reform program.
