H.E. PM Dr. Haider Al-Abadi received Speaker of the Council of Representatives Dr. Salim Al-Juburi. The meeting discussed updates of the security and political situation and promoting cooperation between the legislative and executive authorities in addition to the displaced issue and the government program.
The meeting appreciated the achieved victories and progress by our security forces including the army, police, and public mobilization. National reconciliation has also been emphasized besides the necessity of uniting efforts and speech to face the challenges. The two sides also referred to the importance of international support to Iraq in its war against Da'esh.
