H.E. PM Dr. Haider Al-Abadi received in his office Vice President Dr. Iyad Allawi. The meeting discussed the political, security and economic conditions in addition to the updates of the military operations against Da'esh to liberate the areas in Anbar and Nineveh.
The meeting also discussed the importance of recruiting sons of tribes to fight Da'esh and return the displaced families to their areas.
Dr. Al-Abadi referred to the importance of uniting all efforts to face terrorism as the enemy is being defeated while there are some who try intentionally or unintentionally circulate rumors which contribute in serving the enemy. H.E. called on to stop such rumors which can negatively affect the battle as "we are on the way to liberate every inch of Iraq and restore security to the country".
