His Excellency Prime Minister, Dr. Haider al-Abadi, ordered the following:

1- Incorporate residents of all the state officials including: the Prime Minister and his cabinet, the three presidential authorities and their deputies, MPs, governors, presidents and members of provincial councils, independent bodies, deputy ministers, advisers and director generals with the cutting schedule of electricity.
2- It is strictly forbidden to utilize fuel allocated for public purposes to run generators for private residence of an official in the state.
3- Electricity is cut for all State institutions outside official working hours with the exception of hospitals, orphanages, nursing houses, institutions that require further working hours and institutions that contain equipment and materials which require the continuation of electricity.
