Prime Minister Dr. Haider Al-Abadi met on the sidelines of the General Assembly of the United Nations in New York with the Lebanese Prime Minister Tammam Salam and his accompanying delegation.

During the meeting they discussed the situation in the region and the promotion of bilateral relations in various fields and the importance of the unification of positions to eliminate terrorism.
