Prime Minister Dr. Haider Al-Abadi, orders the formation of specialized legal committees to review the sale and rental and ownership state properties in Baghdad and the provinces in the previous phase to any party, and return the money seized outside legal contexts to the state and retrieve the money where there is unfairness in the evaluation.
