Prime Minister, Dr. Haider al-Abadi phoned, on Saturday, President of Tunisia, Mr. Beji Caid Essebsi to console him and condemn the terrorist act on Tinisia the day before.

His Excellency al-Abadi solaced the people and president of Tunisia, noting to the same terrorist enemy which is represented by Daesh, calling for further cooperation in the security and military areas in order for the sleeper cells be revealed and prosecuted.

The president Essebsi, in turn, valued the call and the solace, stating that Tunisia is standing by the side of Iraq and supports it in the fight against terrorism, He also appreciated the call for cooperation in the intelligence and security fields which is in the interest of both countries, commending the leadership of Dr. al-Abadi to Iraq and the victories achieved on terrorism.
