H.E. PM Dr. Haider Al-Abadi made a phone call with the French President Mr. Francoise Hollande in which he expressed his condolences and condemned the terrorist incident in France.

Dr. Al-Abadi mentioned that terrorism is the same in France, Iraq and the rest of the countries as it targeted today France, Kuwait and Tunisia in addition to Iraq referring to the importance of activating the intelligence and security aspects to fight Da'esh groups as "we in Iraq are fighting these gangs and offer sacrifices and we are determined to liberate every inch of the country".

On his part, Mr. Hollande expressed his thanks to Dr. Al-Abadi saying that: "what you mentioned is true regarding the fact that terrorism threatens all and your country offered sacrifices and paid the price for these terrorist attacks, and we have to cooperate more in the fields of intelligence and security. Moreover, we should have an alliance to support Iraq against terrorism, referring to Paris commitment to cooperate with Iraq".
