"While we condemn this terrorist incident and express our condolences to the country and people of Kuwait, we affirm that the terrorist groups threaten everyone, and all countries of the region and the world should seriously contribute to fight them as we emphasized in more than one occasion that the danger of terrorism will reach all and that Iraq has been fighting these gangs for a while, therefore, it needs the support of all countries. The attack of terrorism in Kuwait affirms the importance of uniting efforts of all countries of the region to fight this deviated ideology which distorted Islam.
