Prime Minister Dr. Haider al-Abadi welcomed the Russian enterprises who are willing to invest in Iraq, confirming in the meeting tonight with a large number of public Russian enterprises' representatives that cooperation and investment opportunities are available in most of the provinces despite the terrorist attack on Iraq.
His Excellency added that the government has taken solemn measures to validate partnership with the private sector and reduce red tapes that hinders investment in addition to facilitate travel procedures and widely open the gates to investors in the oil , electricity, transport and other vital sectors.
The prime minister confirmed that Iraq has achieved the highest production levels in the history, stating that the rest sectors other than oil are not less important and investment opportunities are high. On the military stage, his Excellency assured the investors that the confrontations with Daesh will terminate not with the recover of Rmadi but with the whole territory of Anbar and we will target the stronghold of Daesh in Nineveh.
