During the meeting they emphasised the importance of sustaining the momentum of victories achieved in Anbar and Baiji, and support for our heroic troops stationed on the battlefield.

They also stressed the necessity of productive work between the executive and legislative branches for the completion of projects that serve the citizens and continue the reform packages in political, economic, security and other sectors.

The also reiterated the importance of unifying public stances to meet the challenges taking place in the country in addition to the approval of the financial budget of the country in light of the reduction in expenses and the financial crisis facing the country due to a lack of revenue due to lower global oil prices.

During the meeting the emphasised on the fight against financial and administrative corruption and the return of displaced families to areas that have been liberated.
