Based upon the PM's first package of reforms that was adopted by the Council of Ministers and ratified by the Council of Representatives, His Excellency decided to abolish the advisory posts that supervene the actual administrative structure of the ministries, whether they were on permanent or contractual basis, while the three presidential authorities maintain five advisory posts each.
