The terrorist gangs of Da'esh committed the heinous crime of exploding civilians in the district of Khan Bani Sa'ad in Dyala after victories have been achieved by our heroic forces including the operation of liberating Anbar.

The terrorist gangs will have no place in our country … we will defeat them and they will not escape punishment. Their criminality will only increase our determination to pursue them in the battlefields and in every inch of Iraq until defeating the last terrorist.
