I congratulate our Iraqi people in all components and our heroic fighters on the occasion of Ramadan Al-Mubarak may God make it full of blessing.
While I congratulate you on the coming of this blessed month, I pledge you that we will do what we can to defeat terrorist groups which killed and displaced Iraqis and destroyed their cities, I pray to God to help us achieving victory against the enemies of Iraq and humanity, and against the corruptors who abuse public money and the bread of the needy.. we will be fighting them with the help of Al-Mighty.
The unity of our stand and word and the power of our will, are to enable us to clear Iraq from the filth of Da'esh and return the displaced to their cities and rebuild what terrorism has destroyed so that Iraq will live with dignity and be blessed with security and peace.
