Due to the development of the security conditions, and starting the second liberation phase of Anbar operations and other areas including Beiji, in addition to the packages of reforms taken by H.E. Dr. Al-Abadi and the urgent need to implement them, H.E. the PM decided to postpone his visit to China which was supposed to take place on 19 Aug until a further notice.
