In The Name of Allah the Merciful the Most Compassionate
Decent Brethren,
Peace, mercy and blessings of Allah be upon you,
Today I would like to face you with the fact of confrontations against the terrorist gang (Daesh) away from any confusion, rumors or counter psychological warfare of the enemy or of its followers.
I assure you that your enemy is being defeated in each battle, it has been confronted with resilience and unrivaled bravery, it receives fatal blows and massive defeat at the hands of our fighters and Mujahideen of the popular mobilization since launching the military campaign to liberate and cleanse the usurped provinces and cities to the present day. Nevertheless, alike any such war, decline here or there might happen but we are determined to defeat Daesh.
Young Iraqi elite stand today in the front lines, they continue day and night to defend the land of Iraq and our beloved people, these young combatants who joined the army, police and the popular mobilization are making victories with their blood, they are fervent and loyal to their homeland and determined to augur signs of victory. So stand by them with encouragement and attitude, do not believe rumors launched by the enemy to compensate for their losses and setbacks, let's not permit rumors launched by biased people, losers, sick souls and ill willed individuals. I am confident through my knowledge in the battle field, from the course of events and military developments that Daesh can no longer assemble sufficient numbers of fighters inside Iraq or abroad, the remaining sanctuaries have abandoned them. Today they have only a few numbers after killing and the escape of thousands of them, they started publicly and secretly to launch a distress campaign to bring the combatants and push them to feed the fight under the slogans of Jihad, which was revealed false.
The crimes of murders against women, children and unarmed civilians are only the last attempt to raise the collapsed morale to achieve fake gains through criminal groups moving here and there aiming to spread fear and terror in the hearts of citizens and forcing them to leave their areas and flee, as has been happening in Ramadi.
Army troupe, police, volunteers and the tribal fighters of Anbar are doing their duty to the fullest extent that these attempts will not weaken them as they are doing national duty with all strength and valor. In the coming few hours the truth will unfold for the advantage of our troops and our people in Anbar, thanks to the steadfastness and consistency of our armed forces and locals of Anbar to perish the enemy after a series of defeats from the previous confrontations.
Liberation of Tikrit was the beginning of the collapse of Daesh, where the enemy lost large tracts of land, and your troops continue to chase them in Baiji, which is the last fortress to them before by the city of Mosul. The entire liberation of Baiji is coming soon under the impulse and high morale displayed by military personnel in front of the successive breakages of Daesh. Our Fighters expressed great steadfastness in the confrontation and gained victories Baiji battles as well as in the Hamrin Mountains.
Our dear people:
The united rhetoric and position with your national unity are the most powerful weapons, thus the enemy is trying to target it, but we bet on the awareness of the Iraqi people to foil any attempt to undermine its unity, and we renew our call for all Iraqis to unite under the flag of Iraq, which should take precedence over all flags, beneath it all the differences must melt.
Spreading sectarian division among Iraqis is the most valuable present we offer to the enemy, therefore, we firmly stood and forcefully curbed the sedition caused by some ignorant individuals in Al-Adhamya during the visit of Imam Al-Kadhum (PBUH) , and we will never allow repeating such attacks against any Iraqi under any justification; we will forcefully address any attempt that aims at dividing the national unity. We commend the stand of the Sunni and Shiette religious scholars who played a big role in containing the crisis from the beginning, they did their legitimate, national, and moral duty to face the passing crisis with an utmost wisdom and responsibility, God bless them.
I also especially praise the patriotic media, educated people and writers who have not been misled by the tendentious rumors and they used their words and responsible attitudes to unify people and put off the fire, while there have been few astray individuals trying to agitate seduction. We have said and we say today that those few agitators who blow the fire of seduction and sectarianism are the trumpets of Da'esh and its hidden media sources; they implement the project of destruction and sectarian division which targets the Sunnis, Shiettes, Kurds, Arabs, Assyrians, Shabaks, Mandaeans and Turkmen in Iraq. Those are implementing what they have been told and providing a prepaid service to the enemies of Iraq and its people.

I renew the invitation to the leaders of political blocks, MPs, and politicians in the areas which witness confrontations with Da'esh to be one voice to protect Iraq and the Iraqis and contribute in raising the morale and urging unity and cooperation, I sincerely call them to avoid anything that agitate disputes and deviate the battle from its right path, as we all have one enemy whose final defeat is at our hands and depends at our own unity. We assert to all Iraqis that we will not hesitate to provide whichever maintains the battle's momentum and victory including weapons and support, and we will exert all our efforts to defend every inch of Iraq and every Iraqi citizen, and we will make sure to fix any defect.
We ask for mercy to the martyrs of Iraq; greetings to their sacrificing families and the families of the injured, may Allah Almighty help us to serve and look after them, and return the displaced to their places.
Our final prayer is praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds.
