Prime minister and Commander-in-chief Dr. Haider al-Abadi said in a meeting with the leaderships of the special forces command, during a visit to their headquarter: "Iraq will conquer since its people have the will and its champions are fighting terrorism and attain victories."
His Excellency had the Ramadan breakfast with the troupes, after which he listened to the leadership plans where he instructed a number of orders to maintain fighting spirit.
The Commander in chief addressed the troupes saying: "Your provision of security is a blessing to the citizens and the utmost obligation of the state organizations is to serve the citizen, ahead of this service is security", adding " You engaged in the liberation of Tikrit and Samarra and now you are fighting in Anbar and proffer martyrs and injured for the sake of Iraq. Still the protection of Baghdad is an important role you practice as well".
PM stated that there are multiple conspiracies over Iraq, however your fighting and sacrifices have aborted them and obliged the international community to stand by our side in the fight against terrorism, pointing out that no foreign force is actually fighting on the territory of Iraq except our brave forces.
