The Prime Minister Dr. Haider al-Abadi received on Wednesday Dr. Saleem al-Jubouri the speaker of the Council of Representatives. They confirmed support to the reforms and agreed to continue improving performance of the State and adopt the essential legislations in the Parliament. They also discussed updates on the fight against Daesh.
Dr. al-Abadi stressed that the government should seek to serve the citizens and establish the principle of citizenship as the reforms are taking place and the fight against corruption is being realized to strengthen the state of institutions and better serve the people and homeland.
