H.E. Dr. Haider Al-Abadi received early today H.E. Prime Minister of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Abdullah Al-Nsour, who is on an official visit to the country during which he will hold talks with the Iraqi side. Al-Nsour was welcomed by an official reception ceremony, where the national Iraqi and Jordanian anthems were played. The Jordanian guest then inspected the guard of honor, after which the two sides held a meeting attended by members of the official delegation.
The Jordanian delegation included H.E Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Nasser Judeh, H.E. Minister of Interior, Hussein Al-Majali, H.E. Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply, Dr. Hatem Al-Halawani, H.E. Minister of Agriculture, Dr. Akef Al-Zu'bi, H.E. Minister of State for Media Affairs, Dr. Mohammed Al-Momani, H.E. Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, Dr Mohammad Hamed, H.E. Minister of Public Works and Housing, Engineer Sami Halasa, H.E. Minister of Transport, Dr. Lina Shabib, and H.E Jordanian Ambassador to Iraq, Mohammed Qaraan.
